With this bill pay service, you can pay your bill online with a credit or debit card. You can also set up for recurring(autopay) monthly payments from your credit or debit card. If you cannot access the online portal, please call the office to update your phone number with us. Our online system is set up not allow you to make a yearly payment. If you do sign up for autopay, your card will be billed each month on the 26th or the next closest business day after the 26th. Please allow 24-48 hours for your payment to be reflected in our system.
If your service has been terminated: please call the office at 479-789-5690 to ensure you are added back to the route sheet.

- Enter your account number, which can be found on your paper bill
- Enter your password, which is the last four digits of your phone number on file

Common Problems:
Problem: “The amount you are trying to pay is three times the amount owed. Please call the office to make this payment.”
Solution: Please double check the top box that says “Amount You Are Paying”. If you are using a web browser that autofills your personal and credit card information, our system will fill the top box with your numerical street address. Please change the payment amount to the amount you would like to pay and then press submit.
